Sindy graduated from Brunel University, London UK in 2001. After graduation, Sindy went to work in the NHS and with elite rowers. She further developed her skills in the assessment and treatment of musculoskeletal disorders working for the British Military. Her interest in musculoskeletal rehabilitation led her to undertake post-graduate study in Neuromusculoskeletal Physiotherapy at Cardiff University (2010). During her post-graduate study she undertook further modules to gain full membership of the Musculoskeletal Association of Chartered Physiotherapists (MACP). In addition, Sindy is a qualified Pilates instructor and a presenter for the Australian Pilates and Physiotherapy Institute (APPI) in Perth and around Australia. Sindy combines her knowledge of both movement re-education and manual therapy through her work in musculoskeletal rehabilitation and she has a special interest in Shoulder injuries. Sindy believes in applying clear clinical reasoning skills alongside effective communication to ensure a positive outcome for her clients. Sindy moved to Perth Australia with her young family in 2011. Sindy is a keen participant in sports and fitness training and enjoys horse riding, swimming, cycling and dog walking.
