Here at Oxford Street Health Group we run a variety of group fitness classes to suit you. Our classes are run by qualified health professionals (Physiotherapists) to ensure the best possible results for you! Pilates - Matwork
Challenging both the body and mind, our pilates class focuses on activating our stabiliser muscles to allow for more controlled and supported movements through the spine and pelvis. The Matwork class entails lying, sitting and standing work with the addition of small pieces of exercise equipment such as balls, hand weights and resistance bands. Pilates - Equipment
There is a full equipment studio located at the Oxford Street clinic. Physiotherapists run sessions for small groups of two to four clients at a time. Each client completes an individualised program during each small group session. Find out more information about the benefits of Pilates here.
Pilates – 3D Standing
For those who don’t feel confident getting up and down from the floor, we offer a 3D standing class. The entire class is completed in standing and is great for increased bone loading and improving balance. Find out more information about the benefits of Pilates here.
Physiotherapist Lead Exercise
Physiotherapists run sessions for small groups of up to six clients at a time, utilising the full gym space and various equipment at our clinic. Each client completes an individualised program during each small group session.
